Lubricant for HFC, HCFC and HFO Refrigeration

There is no question that the phase-out of ozone depleting CFC refrigerants has been a positive step in preserving our environment. The new generation of HFC, HCFC and HFO refrigerants reduce ozone depletion (ODP) and provide lower global warming potential (GWP). These new refrigerants demand lubricants that provide good; chemical and thermal stability, refrigerant miscibility and improved wear resistance to ensure optimised compressor and system performance.

Polyester (POE) lubricants are the most common choice for modern refrigerant applications.  The SOLEST product line allows you to choose the optimum viscosity grade POE lubricant to fit the application.  POE lubricants from Tribo-Synthetics provide the necessary balance of lubrication, miscibility and compatibility designed to optimise system operation and reduce cost.
